Recruitment Resourcer An office based position for a new graduate - based in Fareham, near Southampton About Us Blueprint Recruitment Solutions is a medium sized professional recruitment company based on the Cams Hall Estate at Fareham, near Southampton. We are a strong recruitment consultancy with a vibrant work environment and excellent team benefits including early finishes on Fridays, social events, a company Boat Trip and commission and bonuses for both individual and team sales performance. We have achieved exceptional growth in 2019 and we are now looking to hire additional Graduates to join our team of Recruitment Resourcers. The position We are looking for Graduates who want a career position where they can be trained in candidate work as a Recruitment Resourcer. The position centres upon finding candidates for jobs and providing excellent customer service through telephone work. You will be building relationships and matching candidates to vacancies, as well as arranging for them to attend interviews. About you Ideally you will be a recent university graduate but you could also have college education qualifications. You do not need a specific university degree but you should have a competitive personality and will be looking for a graduate job that provides you with the opportunity to earn commission and bonuses on top of your salary. You will also be determined, ambitious and proactive. You will have a strong ability to communicate with customers and you will have an excellent telephone manner. Full recruitment training is provided. The benefits You will be paid a good basic salary and will receive commission and bonuses related to targets and performance.
