The market leading education recruitment agency are looking to hire a talented individual to our city centre office ASAP to work as a Candidate Consultant on a full time & permanent basis. Previous experience is not essential, if you have a firm interest in Education and the school system or want to forge a career in recruitment this is an entry level opportunity to join the hugely successful Manchester office of Teaching Personnel. Working as a Recruitment Resourcer will give you direct experience working with candidates and understanding the process of how to secure suitable placements and work, you’ll support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression. Teaching Personnel are constantly expanding due to growth in our business, this year alone we are supporting 20% more schools in greater Manchester than we did in during 2018/19. Our success means we have further opportunities for talented individuals to join us, this is an excellent opportunity working as a Resourcer with varying responsibilities. The successful applicant will work alongside our Secondary team, made up of 13 consultants and 3 geographical branches working with academies and secondary schools throughout Cheshire, Manchester and Lancashire based schools. The role of Recruitment Resourcer/Candidate Consultant will involve the following daily duties; Contacting Teachers and teaching assistants to start the registration process Communicating with the branches and consultants regarding all vetting aspects Advertising positions on behalf of our client schools, permanent and temporary Creating adverts and job specs for our candidate mailing system Data input of CV, career histories and references and seeking required documents General check in calls regarding placements and candidate availability for work Conducting interviews with your candidate pool alongside the consultant To be successful as a Recruitment Resourcer you will need to have great interpersonal and social skills. Attention to detail is extremely important, as is the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and candidates, both in person and over the phone. You will be the go-to during the registration process for candidates, retaining and recording information is an extremely important factor for this position. There are no specific qualifications required to be considered, graduates and aspiring consultants, or those from a previous administrative background are welcomed to apply… Teaching Personnel will give you an unrivalled level of support and the opportunity to progress and develop a career within recruitment.
