Recruitment Resourcer ABS Commercial are a professional services business who work across Utilities, Highways, Rail and Power. We are looking for an experienced Resourcer to add to our team to recruit for some of our leading clients. We recruit across several sectors including Commercial and QS resource and Operation Support Staff. Some of our roles include: Quantity Surveyors to Commercial Directors , Project Managers, Operations Managers, Health and Safety Managers, Planning Managers etc. Duties and Responsibilities: Develop a good understanding of the market place Advertise roles on relevant job boards using Broadbean. Search for candidates through Linkedin Recruiter and other search engines Monitor add response Pre-screen / interview candidates according to the job description and client requirements Create a workable timeline and process with the candidate in line with our clients requirements Build relationships with candidates and manage their expectations and requirements through the recruitment process Format CVs Arrange interviews with clients Give candidate feedback Management of job offers Find leads from LIVE jobs and candidates to pass on to Business Development for new business Keep the Applicant Tracking Systems up to date and GDPR compliant Hit relevant KPI's set by our clients around CVs sent, interview arranged and placements madeCandidate Must have experience working in the permanent recruitment market
