Part Time Recruitment Resourcer - £500 per month plus commission – home based We have an immediate requirement for a part time recruitment resource to help fill a number of vacancies from key clients. We have noticed that even in the current environment there are still many clients who see this as a good time to recruit as there is more talent top choose from. The issue that we are face with is that due to the volume of candidates looking the job of contacting them is taking longer than usual. We are a market leading construction and engineering recruiter who operate across a number of niche sectors. Even though the construction market is experiencing a difficult time our long-term relationships mean that we are still being asked to assist with recruitment. What does the job entail: You will be given vacancies that an experienced consultant has taken on and you will also be given a list of candidates that could fulfill the role. It is your job to then call the candidates to see who would be interested in being put forward to the client. If you are successful in finding the right candidate and we make a successful placement you will earn commission as well. You will be able to earn more than 2x your basic from only working part time in a home-based role. Recruitment experience is preferred but not essential.
