Recruitment Resourcer Balfor Recruitment are currently seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Health and Social Care Division, based within Central Birmingham. The Role The role requires you to be: * Organised, hardworking, and reliable * Confident and personable * Able to manage a changing workload under pressure * You will be responsible for: * Sourcing, vetting and interviewing candidates * Making sure candidates are compliant prior to working * Holding registration days off site * Writing profiles * You will be given training on the job to understand recruitment industry guidelines and candidate requirements.
