ROLE OVERVIEW The purpose of this role within the team is to support resourcing activity through the cultivation and engagement of candidates and prospects ensuring that all candidates have an excellent experience. This contributes greatly to the overall success of the resourcing team and will report to the Operations Director at our Harrow Head Office. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Identifying prospective candidates for construction roles nationwide * Using tools such as LinkedIn, Job boards and other data sources to map and source the best talent * Registering workers onto and using various recruitment systems * Providing the highest levels of candidate experience at all times * Talking candidates through the compliance process and documentation required ensuring compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements, including right to work * Handling site-related pay queries * Collating and providing reports of roles filled and workers placed MEASUREMENT OF SUCCESS * Generation of prospects in line with agreed KPIs * Ensuring the delivery of an excellent candidate journey SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED * Excellent organisational skills * Excellent communications skills * Ability to communicate effectively and build great working relationships * Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office
