Job Description

Purpose of Role   Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the successful candidate will work closely alongside the Recruitment Consultants supporting with the recruitment needs of the relevant business area. This is a fast paced job in an ever changing environment.  The resourcer’s role therefore is to work with the consultants to ensure the recruitment process runs quickly and smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a recent background in recruitment and/or sales in a target driven environment.   Main responsibilities:   To support the recruitment consultants with screening CV’s and telephone interviewing candidates for the relevant business area, ensuring target numbers are met and booked into selection days. To ensure a consistent pipeline of quality candidates are managed through from attraction to selection process. Ensure every candidate receives a first class candidate experience over the phone, ensuring that they represent the XLN brand in a positive and professional manner. Maintain and update recruitment tracker and HR Connect and complete any necessary administrative duties. Ensure all the appropriate testing with the candidate is completed ahead of selection. Support the Recruitment Consultants and Recruitment Manager in exploring the most creative and cost effective recruitment methods. Drive Refer a Friends with internal staff. Support in organising and facilitating recruitment Selection Days, Interviews, Company ‘Meet and Greet’ Days and Open Days. Collate and record interview outcome feedback. Support Recruitment Consultants in ensuring all administrative elements of the registration and recruitment process are adhered to in line with Company standards.     Areas of Responsibility and Accountability   Screening Candidates and booking in target numbers for interviews and selection days. Representing the XLN brand in a positive and professional manner, ensuring all potential applicants are provided with the best candidate experience.     Key Interfaces   Recruitment and HR Department Team Leaders and hiring managers External suppliers e.g. Recruitment agencies and Job Board Account Managers   Person Specification   Experience   Experience working as a resourcer in a recruitment agency or in-house recruitment team AND/OR sales/telesales within a contact centre. Experience of working towards targets     Technical Skills   Strong administrative skills/data entry Good understanding/knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint     Personal Qualities   Essential Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to prioritize and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Demonstrate a flexible and adaptable attitude  Ability to work on own initiative Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a number of different tasks to completion
