Job Description

Recruitment Resourcer Due to rapid growth and expansion of our business, an exceptional opportunity has arisen for Resourcer to join our Maidstone office. We are currently looking for an individual with a proven track record in delivery recruitment in addition to ambition, professionalism, and global market awareness. The Commercial Consultant will be responsible for performing full lifecycle Candidate recruitment and ensuring effective recruitment processes. Principal Responsibilities: • Responsible for full-cycle Delivery process • Source, screen applicants, coordinate and conduct interviews, advise on selection and offers, extend and negotiate offers, and perform all administrative components involved in the hiring process • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers report on updated approved positions for hire • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other recruitment reports • Generate referrals in order to grow the corporate database • Generate lead information for prospective new clients • Provide candidates with detailed information on the company, our business strategy, and job descriptions • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to be competitive and creative with recruiting practices • Growing the company’s corporate database with both candidates and clients • Identifying and researching clients as directed by Business Director • Promote the 24-7 corporate brand image both internally and externally Requirements: • 6+ months experience in recruitment in a fast-paced and growing industry • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately • Strong initiative and solid decision making skills • High degree of adaptability and flexibility to change • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications and Internet savvy As a Resourcer you will enjoy working alongside the Head of Commercial and be able to demonstrate great ability to build rapport with, and generate candidates at all levels.
