We are looking for confident and enthusiastic professionals to assist with the recruitment process. You will have previous experience within a recruitment, sales or service driven environment. Responsibilities * Liaising with recruitment consultants on a daily basis regarding priorities. * Writing detailed and accurate job adverts for maximum candidate attraction, placing on various job boards. * Assisting recruitment consultants with vetting and profiling of vacancy applications. * Usage of job boards to locate suitable temporary, contract and permanent candidates. * Using all forms of social and business related media to maintain a high level of exposure. * Producing daily sales leads for consultants to follow up on. * Assisting consultants with payroll and timesheets. * Carrying out reference checks, qualification checks and eligibility to work in UK. * Maintaining accurate records of KPI’s. * General administration. Skills * You will have excellent communication and organisational skills. * Computer literate, ideally with proficiency in Microsoft packages. * Excellent telephone manner. * High levels of written and numeracy skills. * You will require good attention to detail. * Hardworking, driven and presentable. * You will have a friendly and approachable nature. * Full UK driving license.
