Kingston Barnes are currently looking for the next generation of recruiters to join our expanding team in Bristol. Due to continued growth we are currently looking for several resourcers to join our team in our prestigious Queen Square office. The Position As a Recruitment Resourcer within Kingston Barnes you will be taught everything you need to know about recruiting the right way. You'll be responsible for attracting the best candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions for our key clients. The successful resourcer will be invited to join a 12-week hands on training programme where you will learn the full process of recruitment: from advertising job vacancies, headhunting, interviewing and referencing candidates to visiting clients, and taking a detailed vacancy, shortlisting candidates and arranging interviews. During this you will have the support of an expert mentor to guide you through the process. You will also be given invaluable experience as you spend time with our clients learning about the industry we are passionate to recruit for.
