The role: This is a permanent, full time vacancy and successful candidates will work alongside the Resourcing team and report directly to the Care Team to achieve the following: • Regular candidate generation through: CV Searching, Headhunting, IQX database cleansing, recommendations, Job Board advertising, application management and referrals. • Uphold a constant pipeline of new, care package specific, quality candidates. • Maintain a proactive approach, ensuring that all opportunities are explored. • Achieve agreed KPIs for sourcing new candidates. • Assist with company campaigns and exhibitions when required. • Respond to all applications to adverts within a timely manner. • Conduct pre-screen phone calls with candidates to determine suitability. • Organise and deliver recruitment days. • Conduct face-to-face interviewing, either on or off site, during arranged interview days. • Compiling documentation to ensure all new workers are fully compliant with company standards and procedures.
