The Package: Basic salary between 18-20K per annum working hours 7.30 to 5.30pm. 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays. The Recruitment Brief: We are a Construction Recruitment Agency specialising in the supply of temporary staff to this sector. We are seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in Birmingham. This is a non-sales role (unless you want to progress in that way) Previous recruitment exposure is desirable but not essential - your admin and organisation skill will be of the utmost importance. All applicants should possess ambition, integrity and determination; mixed with the ability to build long-term rewarding relationships at all levels. Ideally you will have a proven track record in recruiting & possess ambition and determination, mixed with the ability to build relationships at all levels. The role will be: - Placing job ad's on websites and job boards - Using social media and other platforms - Speaking to candidates and pre-screening - Checking candidate documentation and then selecting candidates - Agreeing pay rates and charge rates - Inputting data onto software - Keeping in regular contact with candidates on the data base - asking for referrals, networking. - You will need to be used to making a high volume of calls and also working in a busy fast paced environment.
