Recruitment Resourcer – Engineering Leicester £16k - £22k basic salary (dependent on experience) + £5k - £8k commission in your 1st year. As a Resourcer at ATA, your role will include: * Working with Sales consultants to help them find the best candidates on the marke * Sourcing and interviewing the best talent, and putting them forward to live job * Building a database of candidates in specific markets to ensure speed of delivery * Managing the candidate experience from your initial contact, and working with them on a consultative basis to identify suitable opportunities * Offering high level coaching and mentoring at interview stage, and beyond * Supporting candidates through the transition from their last role to the new, helping them through the process of handing in their notice, dealing with counter offers, and making sure they have made the right decision. * Negotiating the best offers for candidates, making sure they are happy to accept, and dealing with ant potential deal breakers The ideal candidate for this role will: * Have a successful background in a relevant role * Come with previous experience of high volume telephone work * Have the ability to engage with candidates and sell opportunities to them * Possess the skills to build strong, and long-lasting relationships * Have strong goals, which drive your commitment and motivation to win, and be the best * Be hardworking, focused and hungry for success * Be intelligent, articulate and engaging If you are looking for a comfortable office job, with no stress, and an easy life this is not the place for you.
