An open, friendly and democratic culture – we listen to and value our people.   Job Description Due to team growth, Scantec’s Project Services team currently have a new requirement for a Resourcing Specialist to join their team. As Resourcing Specialist you will support business objectives through building strong candidate networks and market knowledge. Using a variety of effective searching techniques, they will identify and qualify appropriate candidates, contributing to the fulfilment of client requirements. Their responsibilities will include, but are not limited to; Constructing effective adverts and searches to identify suitable candidates Identifying relevant candidates Utilising media platforms to develop candidate networks Qualifying candidates to assess suitability Updating candidate records Provide pre-screened candidates to the team for assessment or client submission Who we’re looking for - is this you? Are you a Recruitment Resourcer looking for a fresh challenge? What we can offer you: Basic starting salary of up to £22,000, with annual salary reviews Lucrative commission structure and an on target earning of circa. £25,500 + in first year, and £30,000 + in second year A clear progression structure with an experienced Monthly performance awards (gift vouchers) and annual performance awards (gift vouchers and annual incentives trip, usually to Marbella!)
