The Opportunity:Due to continued success, we are looking to expand one of our teams by appointing a recruitment resourcer / researcher within our Engineering & Manufacturing Divisions. The role will be varied from day to day and multi tasking is key to success. Three main key duties: -Recruitment administration (Formatting CVs, Setting up new starters, document checks, database cleansing, writing job adverts, compliance) -Recruitment resourcing (Searching for candidates using various methods, compiling short lists) -Recruitment research (looking at new markets, researching prospect companies, various ad-hoc research assignments) We are looking for an individual not just with great admin skills, but someone who will use initiative and look beyond the task given. This role would suit someone with an understanding of the employment market, a technical understanding or research experience. A curious person and a great communicator
