DallasWylde – Who are we? We are a new recruitment business and have been trading for approx 6 months. We specialise in the New Homes, Construction and Building Materials sector from middle management to executive level. As joint managing partners we have over 20 years’ experience combining industry leading recruitment know-how and board level sales and marketing expertise. Due to our rapid growth we are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment resourcer who is looking for a new challenge and an opportunity to work part-time from home with a good degree of flexibility. Job purpose; To identify, attract and engage candidates to fulfil specific business briefs and requirements; * Mapping potential candidates/clients grouping on the CRM * Researching new and existing clients for new contacts * Name gathering of new candidates via candidate calls * Interview prospective candidates - telephone screening against jobs * Create market sheet of USPs for MPC using DallasWylde’s format To provide support and service to internal delivery functions and departments; * Understand and support the Delivery and Business Development process with ad hoc admin assistance * Provide pre-employment and compliance checks – GDPR- Right to Work- Update CRM files accordingly * Comply with company management systems, reporting and quality procedures including accurate database management * Develop an understanding of market rates and conditions within the housebuilding sector * Seek and provide feedback in a professional manner at all times to candidates To proactively track and continuously manage the journey of a candidate customer; * Actively map and build 'hot' candidate lists * Identification of MPC's in demand * Continuous name gathering of passive candidates * Develop target spec lists with MPC’s To identify new business opportunities for the business through leads; * Reference checking * Proactive marketing of MPC's to generate new business opportunities * Proactive questioning to identify leads and decision makers and update CRM accordingly * Keeping abreast of industry trends and news * Mapping of new and existing Clients through Research targets What we are looking for; * You will be a ‘tried and tested’ recruiter with a min 2 years experience in resourcing and candidate pre-screening. * You will possess a demonstrable track record of delivering vs target with a high ratio of interviews vs placed. * You could be someone who has had a successful recruitment career, however, due to work life balance or personal changes you are now looking for a part-time role with a good degree of flexibility * Relevant industry experience would be an advantage but not essential * You will be professional, articulate and with a demonstrate a high degree of credibility and gravitas to operate with middle management to executive positions * You will possess a good understanding of Sales and Marketing What we will offer; * Competitive contract/part-time renumeration * Competitive commission structure * Flexible working hours – ideally 20hrs to 30 hrs per week * This is a home-based role so all you will need is a quiet space at home to work * PC/laptop can be provided if required
