Recruitment Resourcer Pertemps Recruitment Agency Based in Newport, Isle of Wight £18,000-£20,000 Pro rata 40hr week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm Love people? Now is your chance. Pertemps Recruitment has not only gone through a period of much growth but the staff have also been busy growing the population too! For that reason I’m recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer on a Fixed term Contract of 9 months. This position will suit individuals who enjoy a challenging and varied work load which brings huge rewards, both financially and personally. I’m interested in hearing from you if you have the following experience: - Customer Service - Office Administration - Working to deadlines - Responsible for managing your own work load - Good IT skills with knowledge of MS Office - Excellent professional communication skills Duties will include: - Creating and positing job adverts - Providing excellent service to our loyal clients - Screening through applications - Matching candidates to vacancies - Interview/Register candidates - Monitor and supporting workers on the Industrial desk - Admin tasks, updating inhouse database dealing with associated paperwork The qualities I’m looking for in an individual are: - Happy disposition - Organised - Hard working - Reliable - Flexible Attitude - Common sense - Find solutions rather than problems Experience in both Recruitment and HR would be beneficial however not essential as full training will be provided. In addition it would be helpful if the successful candidate holds a full UK driving licence but again not essential. This position is a FTC however depending on growth and the individuals capabilities there’s the potential for this role to be made permanent.
