Assist Resourcing UK Limited are delighted to be recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Resourcer to work with in our fabulous Onsite Recruitment Team based in Rochdale. Reporting directly to the Contract Manager you will be responsible for attracting, recruiting, interviewing and delivering assessment centres to a high volume of industrial candidates and taking overall responsibility for this process. This is a target driven role and you will be accountable for pass and fill rates of candidates and ensuring our team have an abundant availability pool. You will also have responsibility for a Junior Resourcer who will help you deliver the required SLAs. The role is fast paced and will require tenacity, close team work, the ability to build relationships and high communication skills at all levels. Main Duties Summary • Working with the Commercial Manager, Contract Manager to create job board advertisements and also to devise and implement recruitment strategies • Contacting suitable candidates to screen and arrange interviews • Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates. • Ensuring all flex employee records are 100% compliant. • Organising and running assessments and inductions and managing all aspects of assessments and inductions including compliance and conducting regular audits. • Producing data reports for pass rates, candidates attended. • Ensuring an exceptional candidate experience is received to candidates through out there onboarding journey • Ensuring an ample pool of temporary staff are available and compliant at all times. Experience Required • Previous experience recruiting from end to end in a fast-moving, dynamic, service-led organisation, having specific responsibility for recruitment delivery • Gained a proven track record of recruiting, through all stages of the selection process from advertising, interviewing, inducting and compliance • Experience of recruiting high volume flex workers is highly preferable. European language an advantage • Excellent interpersonal skills, experience of building and maintaining relationships internally and externally with different functions and management styles Salary & Hours of Work £17 -£18k per annum Based on a 40 hour week, due to the nature of our client this will be based 5 out of 7 days which may include weekends. important Information: We endeavour to process your personal data in a fair and transparent manner.
