Recruitment Resourcer / Consultant Leeds £18,000 to £20,000 + Bens Elevation Recruitment Group, is a leading multi-disciplined specialist recruitment business in West & South Yorkshire. We are currently recruiting for a talented, passionate professional to join our busy Leeds team based. Our Leeds Sales team, headed up by Associate Director David Bromwich, has one of the region's most credible reputations. Well known for successfully recruiting specialist Sales staff throughout the region in various markets and at levels ranging from Sales Executive roles up to Director level appointments. By providing a consultative and professional service to both our clients and candidates, focus on providing accurate short-lists to our clients and also offering individuals the opportunities that truly match their career ambitions. We are now seeking a driven and talented professional to join as the Sales Resourcer / Consultant, with a view to eventually growing your career in our business to become a Recruitment Consultant longer term. Successful applicants should expect core duties to include: * Candidate Generation - Identify, register and interview new candidates - providing interview feedback, career advice and market information. * Account Management - Maintain and further develop existing client relationships * Candidate Management - Maintain regular contact with active candidates ensuring they are updated and informed on their job search progress * New Business Development - supporting the Sales Team on sales activities generating new opportunities for our candidates.
