Recruitment Resourcer/ Trainee Recruitment Consultant Leeds, West Yorkshire We are looking for Science or Engineering graduates with sales experience and / or an interest in recruitment. In exchange for determination and dedication, Kinetica is offering the opportunity for a clearly defined pathway into recruitment. Our Recruitment Resourcers work closely with Account Managers on their vacancies to establish candidate relationship skills before progressing into the role of Recruitment Consultant. As a Resourcer working in our Core Science and Engineering Division, you will utilise your degree and the training we provide to search for and screen candidates for technical vacancies. Once you have established these skills you will then start to learn and develop sales and client relationship skills and move into the role of consultant. As a Consultant duties and responsibilities include: Using sales, business development and marketing techniques to attract business from clients and candidates Relationship building with key decision makers from HR to board level Headhunting Advertising, receiving and reviewing applicants and candidate short-listing Screening/ interviewing candidates Arranging interviews and providing guidance and preparation advice Offer negotiating and finalising arrangements between clients and candidates Producing agency contracts and managing the agency worker Candidates will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a Scientific or Engineering discipline and will also have excellent written and spoken English. Successful candidates will conduct themselves in a professional and business-like manner. Speed, resilience and hard work are a must to achieve the necessary goals.
