Quest Employment are currently looking to recruit a Sales Consultant in Leicester and we are looking for SALES HUNGRY individuals to win business within the Industrial markets….. This is a target driven role which will mainly involve the following: * To have a clear understanding of the Industrial temporary/permanent recruitment sector with a view to selling our features and benefits to prospective clients. * Identifying key contacts within companies and building strong relationships with them until point of sale and beyond * Take ownership of weekly/monthly targets and proactively and consistently meet these * Effective management of sales pipeline * Source new contacts daily The people we are looking for… To be considered for this exciting position, it is important that candidates demonstrate the following:- Essential Skills / Experience: * At least 2 years proven SALES experience * Proactive and driven individual who will exceed new business targets * First class communication skills * Have a commercial background * Word, Excel and Outlook, including Internet and online technology To be successful in this role you will be:- * Self-motivated, driven to achieve * Tenacious, is not deterred by a 'NO' * Able to work with minimal supervision * An excellent communicator, both written and oral as well as possessing good listening skills WHAT QUEST EMPLOYMENT CAN OFFER YOU!! * Uncapped Commission and excellent incentives * Staff recognition programme including annual awards, competitions and incentives * On-going training and development * A fun, friendly and enjoyable place to work * Free Car Parking
