Your new role in Recruitment Sales: In this brand new role the Business Development / Recruitment Sales Consultant will be responsible for winning new business and expanding our client base, this involves: Business Development - Cold calling local businesses telesales Face-to-face sales visits in order to generate new clients. Lead Generation Building Sales Pipeline Taking ownership of the entire sales process Following up on Marketing Generated Leads The Essentials of Recruitment Sales Consultant / Business Development A number of years Experience in a Sales or Business Development role Experience in sourcing and generating new sales leads through telesales. Ability to develop and secure new business opportunities. Appreciation of the importance of excellent customer service. Tenacity and resilience Drive and enthusiasm to learn and succeed. Confident and personable.
