Are you an Experienced Recruiter looking for a change? or a Business Development Manager looking to join a company who puts health and well being of its employees first? iRecruit are looking to expand our team with an experience Sales Consultant / Manager Business Development Manager with Recruitment experience. Established for over 10 years we operate on a national basis and we are looking to expand and strengthen our Sales Team and recruit a Sales Manager, Business Development Manager to cover the Yorkshire region, including the Midlands and North East primarily. Recruitment experience in any sector would be considered, as long as you have the drive, passion and desire to be successful. The objective of this position is to create new business, attend appointments, win new clients and build relationships,you will have a team of resources who will support your business wins and ensure your clients are managed. Our office is based in Doncaster, however this position could mean that the successful applicant could be based anywhere in the Yorkshire Region, and attend the office 2/ 3 days a week and the remaining days be out visiting clients. Flexible working hours will be considered, Monday to Friday, 28 days holidays which increase on a yearly basis, phone, laptop and car parking. Salary is open to discussion £25-£35k approximately plus uncapped commission, with a unique bonus structure, to ensure you are rewarded for your hard work and efforts!
