Your new role: In this brand new role the Business Development / Recruitment Sales Consultant will be responsible for winning new business and expanding our client base, this involves: Business Development - Cold calling local businesses telesales Face-to-face sales visits in order to generate new clients. Lead Generation Building Sales Pipeline Taking ownership of the entire sales process Following up on Marketing Generated Leads Steering the Sales Strategy. The Essentials A number of years Experience in a Sales or Business Development role - recruitment sales ideally, however we will consider candidates with a B2B sales background. Experience in sourcing and generating new sales leads through telesales and face to face visits is essential. Understand technical requirements and T&C's Ability to develop and secure new business opportunities. Appreciation of the importance of excellent customer service. Tenacity and resilient Drive and enthusiasm to learn and succeed. Confident and personable.
