The Opportunity Taking an active role in defining and shaping the future direction for Code Red Associates, you will be responsible for driving the full 360 recruitment cycle for the IT Recruitment Team consisting of new business development and candidate delivery. Driving a consultancy led business model you will maintain and nurture existing client and candidate relationships, whilst, selling & leveraging your services and expertise within a competitive niche industry.   We are a relatively young organisation with big ambition and are looking for a driven, hungry Sales Manager, keen to make a real difference to take this post and develop it into something special.  The infrastructure is already in place, and you will have access to a mature in-house database, online advertising, a library of up-to-date administrative documentation/tools, an internal recruitment function, established social media sites, a variety of sales resources and electronic timesheet/invoicing solutions for contractors.  In return for your hard work, you will receive the full support of the business whilst retaining autonomy, an excellent uncapped commission scheme and be contributing to and pushing the Code Red Associates vision for the future.
