Frontline Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Sales Manager. We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual with proven sales ability to introduce and sell recruitment services / Frontline Onsite to prospective clients. You will have responsibility for contributing to our expanding client base, placing an emphasis on building long term business relationships with our business partners. The Role • To personally source, sell the concept to and implement Frontline Recruitment / Frontline onsite to companies new to the concept or ones currently receiving a service from a competitor. • Primarily heading the drive for effective sales through personally obtaining maximum business levels by selling Frontline Recruitment / Frontline onsite over the telephone and face to face. • Identify opportunities to sell to “high volume”. • To assist with the completion and presenting of tenders that Frontline Recruitment take part in • Source a continuous supply of sales leads. • Ensuring clients are consistently satisfied with the service they are receiving from Frontline Recruitment to ensure our clients develop into business partners. • Ensuring that all are contracts are compliant covering AWR, Ethical, REC etc The Package • £25,000 – £45,000+ commensurate to skills and experience • An excellent UNCAPPED / No threshold bonus scheme, thought to be one of the best schemes in the market place • Car allowance • Latest PC, tablet and smartphone technology • New market leading CRM system • Full training and support both internal and external • Up to 33 days paid holiday plan • Private Medical Insurance • Vitality Health Policy • Income protection • Cash-back plan with Simply Health • Birthday ‘sleep-ins’ • Yearly service award • Reward for no sick days in the year • Structured and transparent salary increases and much more! Our Ideal Candidate • Recruitment / On-site recruitment experience essential, ideally within industrial, food or logistics sector. • Experienced and proven track record in new business development, lead generation and account winning within recruitment. • Proven track record of achievement against KPIs and revenue targets. • Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure repeat business with clients and candidates. • Ability to identify problems and ensure that pre-emptive corrective actions plans are put in place for future.
