Our client is a digital market leader within the education sector and is looking for a dynamic Education Recruitment Sales Manager. The successful candidate will launch a new service to compliment its current portfolio and offering. This is an ideal opportunity for a talented individual who is not only looking for a generous basic and commission structure but also part ownership of the business. This role is ideal for a high achieving biller who wants to launch their own desk with all the financial backing and support. Key Responsibilities for the successful Recruitment Sales Manager: • Launch brand to market. • To grow and develop our client base. • Making appointments and attending client meetings. • You will develop revenue from existing client accounts and generate new business. • Continually establishing client relationships. • Building a strong rapport to enable you to deliver an excellent service. • Maintaining accurate records, sales forecast and activity reports • Regular updating of customer data and of the CRM system • Roll out management systems and controls. • Lead by example. • Develop sales approach. • Recruit and develop sales team. Skills required: • Education Recruitment Consultant Sales Experience. • Permanent & Contract Experience. • Proven track record. • You will be an enthusiastic and consultative Salesperson. • Must be able to present to senior decision makers “ Head Teachers / Governors / School Groups “ • Professional well-spoken sales person. • Excellent written skill sets. • Must be proactive with excellent negotiation and strong communication skills. • Have excellent customer rapport building skills • Must be sales focused with the ability to self-manage and create an active pipeline. • Be able to demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and have a stable work history.
