Recruitment Sales - New Business Development Brighton £25-40K base, uncapped commission & excellent benefits We are working with an International Software Development company and Recruitment Consultancy based on the South Coast in Brighton. Established over 20 years with an annual turnover exceeding £12 million, they are one of the leading IT services and solutions companies in the UK. They offer a unique product suite that includes IT recruitment, Managed Solutions with in-house/on-site technologists and an innovative Graduate Coding Academy - now in its second year of training Grads in SDLC and business skills. We have an exciting opportunity for experienced and driven Sales people to join the team. The role Seek out new business opportunities with a view to generating increased revenue via new business relationships. Principal Responsibilities - To identify new prospects for business development - To arrange and attend new client meetings through telesales activity - To expand business opportunities within existing clients divisions/departments - Activity reporting to the Sales Director - Identify Bids, Tenders and RFI`s/RFP`s opportunities - Deliver effective presentations both written and verbal to new and existing clients - Follow up all leads generated by the support staff & Account Managers - Attendance at networking and corporate events to raise company profile and develop new relationships - Attend Sales Meetings Experience You will have a proven sales track record, hungry to step up to new challenges within a fast-paced and dynamic role. We are looking for a confident, accomplished and charismatic self-starter, looking for an opportunity to supercharge their already successful career in sales. You will be a passionate and self-motivated person with excellent communication skills and unrivalled commitment to succeed. We would welcome people with a background from Recruitment, Software or IT Solution and Services sales. Requisite Skills - Proven background in establishing and developing new client opportunities - Flexibility and dedication to achieve and exceed challenging sales targets - Sound research and development skills - Excellent client facing and presentation skills - Excellent Networking Skills - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence prospects/clients face to face or via telephone Desirable - An understanding of IT project lifecycles and the key roles associated with IT project delivery - A good knowledge of Resources recruitment solutions business as well as an understanding of the Consulting Services business - In depth understanding of the Recruitment Market - Experience of selling Recruitment, both contract and permanent - Experience of selling IT Solutions (Consulting/Testing/Other) We are looking for the very best sales people to join the existing talented sales team.
