We have a brand-new fantastic opportunity for a highly driven recruitment sales professional to join our established recruitment company based in the East Midlands. Helping to build and develop new warehousing and logistics clients nationwide. About You: * As an individual you will have creative, cultural and operational control of your client base and the opportunity to financially benefit from the success of the business growth. * be sales driven and results focused. * be confident, ambitious and hard working * Have the flexibility to visit clients & work from home. * The ideal candidate must be able to hit the ground running and make an impact from day one. Duties to typically expect include: * Develop existing and new business relationships * On-site client visits * Cold calling new potential new clients * Liaising with the wider head office and on-site teams. * This role will potentially be covering high volume or skill specific roles. Your Experience: * Have proven experience within a warehousing / logistics recruitment senior role, preferably within high volume temporary recruitment however we will consider candidates from a manufacturing or engineering background. * Minimum of at least 5 years recruitment experience. * Preferably with experience working remotely and independently.
