Job Description

Job Purpose: Identification, generation and sales conversion to meet sales and margin targets through sustainable profit and to actively manage the sales process from identification to order. Essential Experience & Skills: * A minimum 3 years’ proven experience in a similar role and industry with a high quality service provider * A constant, confident and effective target achiever and closer of low and high value new business contracts * Up to date with the latest trends and best practices * Quality presenter (to support bids) * Commercial astuteness * Excellent excel / IT skills / CRM systems * Communicates and negotiates effectively and professionally at all levels – being polite, helpful and diligent, with a ‘can do’ attitude and strong engagement skill * Operational, technical and innovative mind to provide real customer solutions General: * Self-starter to hit the ground running * Stickler for the detail * Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks * Be a team player as well as working independently with a focus on sharing good practise. Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities shown are not exhaustive and any other reasonable duties may be requested and undertaken. Primary: * Sales process compliance (Sales - How we do business) * Tenacious and innovative approach to the creation of self-generated leads and appointments and maximising existing current customer opportunities * Write, prepare and support quality quotations / tender submissions and support site consultations as appropriate * Close business and achieve or exceed sales target through sustainable profit * Working closely with the operations team to retain good business and expand through cross selling * Keep abreast of industry and competitor intelligence Brand and Business Protection: Knowledge, regulation, implementation and compliance of Kingdom management systems for: * QHSE & Employment Law * Other appropriate manuals, policies, processes and procedures and business strategy General Responsibilities: * Good administration * Communication policy compliance * Regular performance progress reporting against your Job Description Supporting documents to achieve responsibility success * Sales Manual – how we do business
