The Job… As a Recruitment Sales Support, you will, with the support of your line manager, be responsible for identifying suitable and available candidates and supporting with the recruitment administration in our Cardiff office. You will build strong relationships with your candidates over the telephone, match the right workers to the right positions and follow systems to provide a high-quality service.
