If yes, this could be your next career move This exciting role will require you to source new job opportunities, managing client relationships, driving through business development activities and maximising revenue to ensure the achievement of Jobs Growth Wales and Young Recruits Programme targets. There will be plenty of cross selling opportunities, client visits, health and safety visits/checking and working with our clients third party organisations. Our client is a large training provider with sites and offices all over South Wales. They are looking for an experienced Customer Service/Sales professional with experience of working on the Jobs Growth Wales contract. Your role will be to source new job opportunities. The role will require a confident individual who understands how to create relationships, negotiate and build instant rapport with employers. There will be some travel to employers and there will be some cold calling involved. Role and Responsibilities Following up new business opportunities, arranging meetings, planning and preparing presentations Influencing, negotiating and persuading stakeholders to use our client’s services, Achieving sales targets in line with KPI’s Generating new business leads for JGW & following up on leads generated by other employees and JGW team Using a variety of sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract new business opportunities Management of a portfolio of customer accounts via the establishing and maintaining of relationships with a wide range of SME’s, agencies and larger organisations Sending new employer details proforma’s to Careers Wales and assisting with data entry on the Welsh Government System Liaise with external agencies, including Business Wales, Careers Wales and Job Centres Develop a good understanding of client companies and their working culture and environment Building effective relationships with new and existing companies to maximise on vacancy opportunities and to assist in the smooth transition from Jobs Growth Wales to the Young Recruits Programme.
