Job Description

Flexserve is seeking to recuit for this role due to the rapid expansion of the business. Your responsibility will be : - To maintain administrative skills at a current level, and undertake training and development as may from time-to-time be required to maintain that level of practice. - Manage company database and maintain up to date data and assist in any new projects concerning the database (Carefree) - Assist with adhoc tasks such as following up on candidate references - Manage and update client and carer files on the system and also in hard copy - Assist to carry out field assessments or quality checks when required - Reception duties such as phone answering, assiting to organize training and induction of new candidates when required - To provide administrative services in accordance with current best practice - To supervise the administrative and services within The Agency in accordance with agreed standards, legislative requirements, relevant regulations, and in line with accepted best practice, agreed from time-to-time - Support payroll and invoice generation The suitable candidate needs to be available to start immediately and also demonstrate the ability to work under pressure in a high velocity environment. You will need to be proficient with computer programmes such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc. Qualification/Requirements Experience working in the care industry is essential Car driver with clean driving Licence Computer literate (MS, Excel, Word, Power Point Strong verbal and written skills Excellent telephone manner Refresher training in Health and Social care will be available (if required)
