SF Group are recruiting for a unique charity who is looking for a talented Recruiter / Business Partner to join the business on a full time home working basis but must be based in Birmingham or surrounding areas. This position would suit an external blue collar recruiter who is looking from a change from agency to internal recruitment. (NO TARGETS) You must also be very well connected to West Midland businesses so may also suit someone who is a Business Development Manager on behalf of a number of clients Your day to day role will consist of talking to businesses to obtain new vacancies Meeting the candidates Drive change within the community Attending events within the West Midlands This is a very unique opportunity so if you meet the criteria please apply and I can talk through in detail with the selected candidates
