Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of our client that provides IT support services in Derby. They're an innovative and technology orientated business with a steady need for top quality talent. We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Recruitment & HR Consultant to join their friendly and dynamic team. Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. (1 hour lunch break daily and 15 minute break in the morning and afternoon) Main Responsibilities: • Candidate Attraction • Deliver Candidate Experience • Market Knowledge • HR – New starter checklist Main Duties of the role: * Review applications and make recommendations for phone screen/interview * Assist with phone screening * Regular reporting on the success of the various advertising channels * Communicate with appropriate Line Manager and MD to set up final stage interviews * Ad hoc administrative tasks * Managing the recruitment process from interview to offer to on-boarding * Networking to build business information * Sourcing and attracting passive/active candidates within the IT sector * Keeping candidate database and spreadsheets accurate and up to date Skills/ Experience Required: * Self motivated to speak to a high volume of candidates * Enthusiastic and with a "can-do" attitude * Proficient in Microsoft office * Decision Making * Sociable - able to attend events * Highly organised * A desire to want to progress and challenge yourself continually * Enjoy working in a fast paced and demanding environment Benefits/ Package: This is a permanent, full time role with a competitive salary based upon experience. Our client is also offering a good pension and life insurance (4x annual salary). There is also free on site parking.
