The apprenticeship sector is thriving as more employers take advantage of the apprenticeship levy and have more say on how their apprentices’ are coached and assessed the demand for quality talent is on the rise. Coyne Recruitment prides itself on working with the very best training providers who put their learners at the centre of what they do. Currently one of the national providers we work with is looking to add a Recruitment/ Placement consultant to join their team in the North West. This is a remote based role so we are looking for a self-starter with lots of drive and enthusiasm to find opportunities for learners undertaking apprenticeships in Retail and Hair and Beauty. You will work with a bank of candidates ready to start or continue their apprenticeship contacting large and small business across Greater Manchester and the wider North West to generate apprenticeship placement’s. You will be a strong communicator who will be able to pitch the benefits of taking on an apprentice in to a business. This is a completely free service to organisations so strong consultative approach and building lasting relationships is key. Skills set we are looking for * The ability to manage your own workload * Strong communication and commercial skills * Well-developed interpersonal and motivational skills * Creative thinker with an open mind * A desire to make a difference * Planning and organisational skills * Excellent IT skills, including the use of MS Office (knowledge of CRM systems would be advantageous) * Use of a car insured for business use * Able to work flexible hours If you have worked in apprenticeship sales, engagement or are a recruitment consultant who no longer wants to undertake 360 recruitment please get in contact
