We are now looking for a Recruitment/Sales Consultant to join our small team based in Cwmbran. You will be working in a high pressure proactive recruitment sales environment placing both permanent staff in to work. The Companies overall goal is to help people find their perfect career. Essential Skills * At least one year working within a sales environment * Must have good communication skills - it is essential for all our consultants to be able to communicate and persuade people of all levels. * Must be able to work in fast paced environment * Must be experienced of working with a high volume of sales calls * A Good problem solver - This job will throw different scenarios at you on a daily basis, so you will need to be well equipped to deal with these problems. Duties will include: * Identifying, opening and developing recruitment/sales opportunities within a range of sectors * Establish close, strong working relationships with Managers of all levels with the express reason to identify approved vacancies * Identify and research prospective clients and their management hierarchies building a defined picture of staffing * You will be responsible for placing internet job adverts, database information,lead generation and keeping the sales data base up to date * To develop and optimise strong negotiation, objection handling and accurate communication skills both written and verbally and to strive to exceed client/candidate expectations every time.
