Recruitment Consultant/ Senior Recruitment Consultant Salary: Negotiable - Basic Salary + Commission paid monthly Location: Dudley HR GO Recruitment - Opportunity to join a well established successful recruitment business POSITION DESCRIPTION: What an exciting time to join us, we are looking to move into our brand new offices in the City centre and offer a great, fun working environment. In this role, you will work with a database of business prospects that are a mixture of existing, new or dormant contacts and to gather information that will identify potential customers. You will contact them by telephone and email. You will be marketing either permanent or temporary recruitment solutions, offering bespoke recruitment solutions and supplying staff. You will be making visits to customers at their premises, discussing their recruitment requirements and closing decision makers. SKILLS REQUIRED: * Outbound calling experience. * Excellent Communication skills both written and oral and good clear telephone manner * Good attention to detail * Computer Literate and experienced in database navigation preferred * Confident and Self-motivated * Friendly Personality and a 'Team player' EXPERIENCE: * Ideally from a recruitment background! Or B2B telemarketing - Door to door canvassing - Business development/ Sales managers (NOT ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT) * Target driven and have the ability to converse confidently at decision maker level * Excellent telephone manner, be customer focused and have a good sense of humour BENEFITS: We strive to offer an environment that provides our associates with the right balance between work and family.
