Our client makes it much easier and more cost effective for its customers to attract and manage the volume and quality of candidates required to achieve their recruitment objectives. Whether it be a discreet ‘one off’ solution or to play an important part in their volume recruitment strategy. Their solutions are tailored to each client and may include everything from advertising creation, response handling, telephone & video interviewing and other agreed levels of pre-selection as required. To achieve their own growth plans for 2017, they require an experienced Recruitment Sales Executive, capable of delivering the following duties & responsibilities: Continually research & identify prospective clients based on their suitability for a candidate attraction solution Secure initial meetings to present and introduce the value associated with the service provided Agree, design and implement a bespoke solution for each client, based on their candidate attraction needs Deliver regular update reports on campaign effectiveness to each client, realigning activity if required Create strong client relationships and plan for all future client recruitment requirements Achieve all set activity and revenue targets agreed with the sales management team The successful candidate will likely possess the following skills, experience and personal attributes: A proven ability to consistently win new business in a solutions sales environment Hands-on recruitment experience (agency or in-house) with a strong understanding of volume and permanent recruitment demands An excellent understanding of current candidate attraction and management techniques Excellent communication skills and the ability to delivering compelling client presentations A desire to exceed your clients’ requirements through service and effective solutions delivery Experienced and comfortable working within a highly targeted environment (activity & revenue) This represents a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading organisation who not only provides an attractive basic salary and generous monthly & quarterly commission, but an excellent benefits & incentives package coupled with on-going career-development training.
