Job Description

Our client, an established and highly regarded HR Consultancy based in Swindon, are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their team. You will grow the recruitment arm of the business, through filling vacancies with the best candidates in a timely manner, with efficiency and focus on delivering the best to our clients, through business development to grow our client base and through effective marketing strategies. Key Duties and Responsibilities * Conduct face to face meetings with the client to conduct clear job profiling to understand the role, the culture of their business and working style of the line manager fully. * Create and write job descriptions and job adverts * Placement of advertisements on job boards and social media * Contact pro-active candidate searches, through CV Library and other means * Sifting of CVs * Conduct Head Hunt searches for senior and technical roles * Conduct telephone interviews * Collate applications and forward to recruiting Line Manager * Coordination and scheduling of selection process and interviews * Conduct skills and psychometric testing for candidates where appropriate * Attend face to face interviews with clients if required * Negotiate fair, reasonable and professional offers to candidates * Provide clear and regular feedback to clients throughout the recruitment cycle * Ensure candidates and clients have the best recruitment process journey experience * Take every lead, nurture it to gain client meetings * Attend potential and existing client meetings to close new recruitment requirements * Maximise every opportunity with the client to win new business, always looking for ways to upsell and sell our HR services * Create and send commercial contracts * Keep the recruitment pipeline spreadsheet up to date * Link in with the rest of the team to attend client meetings with the aim of selling the recruitment service The ideal candidate will be * Tenacious and determined with a pleasant manner * A can -do approach to all dealings with clients and potential clients * Professional with high influencing skills * Enjoys having fun and will have natural likeable working style * Not afraid to ask for help, advice and assistance when required * Positive approach to work in all dealings and activities Experience required * A seasoned recruitment professional who has “learnt their trade” in a recruitment agency environment * Successful at sales, with a proven track record of hitting targets, without being “pushy
