Staffline are looking to recruit an experienced recruitment specialist, that can demonstrate experience in the below * Proven experience of Business Development, Target Delivery & Process Management * Experience of developing and maintaining successful relationships, particular in a B2B environment * Strong coaching and mentoring skills and an ability to deliver training across the relevant team function/role * A highly motivated individual who can lead by example and able to work on their own initiative * The ability to work effectively with conflicting priorities. * Ability to maintain collaborative relationships. * Strong communication skill * Technically proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. * Confidence to Partner with remote client contacts to resolve difficult or conflicting requirements
