Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an expeirenced Recruitment Specialist (IT) based within Central Government on a contract basis. The position will be based in Warrington for an initial contract until October 2016 offering up to £330 per day LTD company. Essential Experience: Understanding of leading continuous improvement activities Well-developed experience of managing resources Understanding of stakeholder engagement and management Good oral and written communication skills Experience of collaborative working Experience of managing change Experience in using MS Office suite of applications Desirable: Experience of working in an IT office environment Good leadership and motivational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and Suppliers Strong customer relationship management skills Proven negotiating and influencing skills Awareness of appropriate development languages such as C++, Python, JavaScript Awareness of Agile project methodology Key Tasks: Ideally to have Workforce Planning experience and to act as a Workforce Planning Resource Business Partners for several Business Function, enabling vacancy holders to have a single point of contact for all their recruitment needs - whether Permanent, Contingent or Augmented resource. Ensure that all best practises are shared across the board demonstrating the most effective way of using this information. Assisting departments obtain, retain and develop competent, well-qualified professional staff. To promote and facilitate cross-fertilisation among related groups. Developing and run interview training for mainstream recruitment, maintaining the annual requirements. To chair interviews and ensure consistency between panels, preparing board reports, and giving feedback to interviewers if necessary.
