Recruitment Specialist Up to £ 23000 Manchester City Centre Full-time (Permanent)   Aspire are exclusively partnered with  large not-for-profit economic development agency delivering a wealth of employment, skills and business support services to businesses and individual customers across Greater Manchester, England and, in some cases, the world. This organisation seeks to generate inclusive growth in the country’s economy by creating jobs and improving lives.   Key Responsibilities: Generating talent pipeline via appropriate recruitment tools and attract a diverse range of candidates. Working with hiring managers to identify and design appropriate recruitment campaign for diverse workforces. Being the first point of contact for all candidate queries, ensuring that candidates receive feedback at each stage of recruitment process. Developing social media, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram pages as a method of attraction. Screening CVs and pre-screening candidates, including telephone or face-to-face interviews to assess their suitability for role, required qualifications, eligibility to work in UK and to understand their job preferences and submit for suitable roles Setting up interviews and assessment days, etc. Keeping own recruitment knowledge up to date by attending various networking events and seminars. Working closely with hiring managers and the HR team across group in order to identify and meet specific recruitment needs and understand the long/ short term recruitment plans in order to manage a talent pipeline. Maintenance of an applicant tracking system to drive effectiveness in the recruitment process and provide a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
