A day in the life of a Natures Way Foods Recruitment Specialist: Our recruitment team have dedicated Recruiters that focus on Central or Operations vacancies. This role is all about finding talented individuals to fill vacancies within our Operational function which covers roles within the fast paced factory environment. The departments you will deal with, will be, production, logistics, hygiene, engineering and technical. Our successful recruitment team currently have a 100% direct fill rate for Central and Operational roles. You will be the first point of contact for candidates and involved in their journey throughout the recruitment process. We want to recruit quality candidates with the right skillset for our roles so a focus on quality is essential. You will also be involved in advertising, reviewing CV's, headhunting, telephone screenings, arranging interviews, assessment centres, talent pipelining, taking and delivering feedback and promoting a fantastic all-round candidate experience. You will also be using Social Media to recruit, writing posts for our LinkedIn and Facebook pages as well as headhunting on LinkedIn. We will give you a LinkedIn Recruiter licence to help you find and network with the best people in the sectors we work in. You will be supporting and working closely with the other Recruitment Specialist who will help you to grow your skills and knowledge of the roles we recruit for, our industry sector and build your own resourcing and recruiting skills. If you enjoy delivering a first-class candidate experience, finding the best talent in the marketplace and have a positive can-do work ethic then we would value your input in the team. Hours: Admin hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm, 1 hour for lunch. Some flexibility may be required in this role at times. About the team: We are a team of 3 Recruitment professionals (we have all worked in Recruitment Agencies previously) and we are very driven to find the best talent for our roles to support our business growth agenda. Like most in-house recruitment teams, we appreciate and possess a good sense of humour and get a real buzz for filling roles with the right people. About you: Ideally you will have some recruitment resourcing experience with the ability to find talent and accurately screen applications however we are open considering candidates that enjoy speaking to people, are good problem solvers and have a desire to get into Recruitment without the sales element of working in Agency. We welcome applications from candidates with Customer Service, Recruitment Agency or In-house recruitment backgrounds and we are happy to show you the ropes of working in-house. You will need to be positive, resilient and have a consultative approach to your work. A passion for recruitment and providing a high-quality service to candidates and internal stakeholders is essential. Experience of recruiting for a variety of roles and high volume roles within the factory/manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
