Recruitment Specialist - The Opportunity: Here at Eileen Richards Recruitment we specialise in seven sectors, consisting of Accountancy and Finance, Customer Service and Sales, Executive Search and Selection, Human Resources, Insurance, Legal and Office inc Marketing. each of our specialist divisions are headed up by consultants from that particular area. This enables us to provide a consultative service to our candidates and clients alike. We understand the skills set and more importantly the transferrable skills within each sector. Our consultants are supported and mentored from day one by our knowledgeable and approachable management team, who will assist in your success, growth and development, this means our candidates and clients always receive an honest and tailored level of service. You will prospect for new client business by meeting hiring managers in order to understand their recruitment needs, you will make recommendations to clients regarding the candidates available to best meet their requirements. You will also provide customer service for existing clients to ensure their expectations are being met while sourcing candidates through existing database, advertising, internet, business contacts and direct recruiting.
