Job Description

Do you have excellent customer service skills? Are you methodical in your approach and used to working to tight deadlines? This position is supporting the Office Support division at Elect Recruitment Solutions. * Pre-screening candidates through face to face or telephone interviews * Receiving and reviewing applications * Managing interviews * Advertise all positions on job boards and social media * Ensuring every candidate is compliant and set up for payroll * Sending out references * Picking up on Sales leads and passing to Consultant * Keeping excellent relationships with all candidates Hours: Tuesday to Thursday - 8am to 4.30pm (hours negotiable) You will need: A good understanding of the English Language both written and verbal. Excellent Administrative Skills and a good work ethic. You need to demonstrate a positive & respectful attitude at all times. Good attendance and timekeeping is essential. Good IT skills , understanding of Microsoft package Ability to pick up inhouse systems quickly Excellent customer service skills To have either Office, Recruitment, Customer Service or Sales experience.
