Recruitment Systems Support Coordinator - Maidenhead - £20,000 - £26,000 We have an exciting and unique opportunity to join our business in Recruitment Systems Support Coordinator role for our highly successful RPO and Internal recruitment departments. This is an ideal role for somebody with recruitment experience looking to progress into a technical role. This role will provide a first point of contact for our recruitment teams who may have questions or issues with the system. You’ll work as part of a support team who responsible for the delivery, development and maintenance primarily of Peoplefluent (RMS & VMS), Fieldglass, Avature, Bullhorn, Adapt, Lumesse and Safe Tempest. You will get exposure to Application Support in a large yet supportive environment that cares about your development and career progression. The role is based in our offices in Maidenhead – across the road to the train station. What you will do: This role will provide a first point of contact for our recruitment teams who may have questions or issues with the system. Things you will get involved with will include; * Providing 1st line and 2nd line on site, telephone & email support for the Resourcing application software. * Release management * Incident Management * Innovation, process, documentation and project work Your experience will include: * Some experience in an application support or helpdesk role or Recruitment system administration * Knowledge of the recruitment industry. * Demonstrable to follow processes and also act with a level of autonomy and confidence.
