Job Description

Recruitment Consultant Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day to day activity of a team recruitment consultants based in Derby. Work in partnership with the recruitment team to plan and coordinate business development activity to ensure we meet the business objectives. The Recruitment Consultant Coordinator will work closely with Apprentice Recruitment Manager and to provide effective cover in meetings, briefings as and when required. The Recruitment Consultant Coordinator will establish and maintain key relationships with both internal and external partners. Providing effective communication to the business. Principle accountabilities: • To provide effective day to day line management for the Recruitment Consultants team. • To work closely with the Apprenticeship Recruitment Manager to ensure all delivery staff have a clear and measurable set of KPI’s that are effectively managed and recorded through ‘My Performance Scorecards’. • To monitor team activity and performance putting plans in place to ensure targets are met. • To hold regular 121’s with team members, team meetings, including daily planning/performance briefs. • To provide detailed and accurate reporting to the Apprenticeship Recruitment Manager to identify performance and opportunity trends. • To work closely with the business to understand areas of business development and ensure focus is placed on key sectors/locations. • To drive down early leavers by developing quality employer opportunities. • To work in partnership with the Apprentice Recruitment Manager to plan and manage resource effectively, to allow delivery of performance. • To coach, mentor and develop team members to operate in the most effective way and to be proactive in achieving targets. • To ensure that all delivery staff have the skills required to undertake their roles and to ensure that there is a programme of continuous professional development that meets the needs of all staff. • To identify areas of success/risks ensuring that best practice is shared across the team. • To analyse data and activity to ensure that risks are identified at an early stage allowing corrective actions to be implemented. • To maintain professional standards across the team ensuring that Babington Values are visible in the way we work and communicate. • To develop and maintain awareness of competitor and market activity. • To act as a role model and to ensure employees are motivated. • To drive change in a positive and influential manner within the team. • To ensure all new staff are fully inducted and trained in the Babington Way processes. • To ensure all team members have clear understanding of Babington Groups strategic objectives, vision and the ‘BIG PUSH’. • • To undertake any other reasonable duties as requested.
