FDM is currently seeking a Recruitment Team Lead in London to join our UK Graduate Recruitment Team, located right in the financial heart of the city. What does the job entail? Reporting to the UK & Ireland Graduate Recruitment Manager and working as part of the UK Graduate Recruitment team. The key responsibilities of this role are: management of the regional recruitment team, loading graduate candidates into the Academy training programme, graduate recruitment, building and maintaining relationships with candidates – guiding them through the end to end recruitment process. There are ample opportunities to progress within FDM once an individual has demonstrated that is willing to work hard, achieve results and build strong relationships. Duties & Responsibilities: • Line manage the Regional Recruitment Team directly • Lead a team of 10+ Graduate Recruiters and Assessment Centre Coordinators. • Liaise with other recruiters within the UK Recruitment team • Manage training and reviews for the Regional Recruitment Team • Review and assess incoming applications to the Graduate Programme where necessary • Run recruitment drives for additional recruitment team members when required • Facilitate internal assessment days • Contribute to the facilitation of mobile assessment centres • Co-ordinate internal Open Evenings • Establish, build and grow relationships with internal FDM staff through effective communication, consistency and the provision of a highly professional service • Complete any other work as required by the management team • Build relationships with successful candidates to ensure the end to end Recruitment process is successfully concluded • Gain a thorough understanding of the FDM business model Essential Criteria: • Educated to degree level (or relevant work experience) • 3+ years’ experience in Recruitment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experienced and Knowledge in graduate recruitment Market • Excellent time management abilities • Demonstrable history of hitting targets • Professional and outgoing approach • Team player • Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative • Confident and fully IT literate • Extensive administration abilities Desirable Criteria (not essential): • Good understanding of the IT industry and graduate market FDM Group - Who we are: FDM Group is a global professional services provider with a focus on IT, working with over 180 clients across multiple business sectors.
