1702-2 Recruitment Team Leader Doncaster Hours Monday – Friday 8:30am-5:30pm (flexible to the needs of the business) Occasional travel required Salary Competitive salary Private car parking Monthly bonus scheme Client A brand-new business focusing on interim recruitment across the food industry nationwide specialising in commercial and operational roles at all levels of seniority. Part of an established search consultancy that have specialised within the food arena for 20 years, the role will be supported by a well-established and incredibly knowledgeable team. We cover all job functions within the industry; these include technical, engineering, supply chain, sales, commercial, new product development, branding and finance. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right individual to be part of an exciting new business launch where you will be an integral part of the new team. Role and Responsibilities • Using creative sales, marketing techniques and business development to attract new business • Building, maintaining and growing a strong network across the food industry • You will coach, develop and mentor 2 recruitment consultants ensuring you provide inspiration and leadership to the team • You must be consistent with client and candidate engagement embracing our service proposition • You will have the ability to meet targets and deadlines • Complete 360 handling of assignments Reporting to: Head of Recruitment Responsible for: 2 Recruitment Consultants Preferred Skills • Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience • Results orientated • Proven leadership and mentoring skills • High energy levels • The ability to plan carefully and prioritise work load • Excellent communication skills • Must demonstrate interpersonal skills • Strong commercial awareness • Excellent customer relationship building skills • Goal orientated approach to work • Experience of working in a sales and target driven environment • Target driven
